Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
We ship your posters all over the world, so that everyone can enjoy our creations, wherever they are.

Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tropicaldepartment.com so we can find a suitable solution.

Can the posters be delivered with a frame?
Our posters are sold unframed by default.
However, we offer frames that can be added to your order. They are available on each product page, in A3, A2 and A1 sizes, in black, white or natural wood.
If you choose the framed option, your poster will be delivered already framed, carefully prepared and ready to hang upon receipt.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our posters are designed and produced in Bali by a team of creatives with diverse backgrounds and styles.
They are then printed as close as possible to your delivery location, in collaboration with trusted local partners.
This approach helps to reduce delays, limit the carbon footprint and offer more responsible production.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us promptly after placing it at the following address:

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee the changes, but we will always do our best to help you.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective products.

How do I care for my poster?
To preserve the colours and quality of your poster, avoid direct exposure to sunlight and humidity.
You can clean it gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Framed, it will remain protected and ready to beautify your walls for a long time.
